Our Founder
Doreece Taylor brings extensive experience across diverse behavioral health settings, including schools, residential facilities, and community-based programs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), she has dedicated her career to developing effective interventions that improve quality of life for individuals with behavioral challenges.
Prior to founding Taylored Behavioral Solutions, Doreece served in leadership roles where she designed and implemented successful behavior support programs, trained multidisciplinary teams, and provided consultation to organizations seeking to enhance their behavioral health services. Her specialized expertise includes working with complex behavioral cases, trauma-informed care, and developing sustainable systems for behavior management.
